Gregory JM Kasunich is a filmmaker, photographer, producer, writer. He received his undergraduate BFA at Temple University with a focus on Film, Business, and Phycology and has completed post graduate certificate programs at Harvard in Architecture, Classical Composition, and Neurology.
​
He has created work for studios like Netflix, Universal Studios, DreamWorks Animation, Lucasfilm, DirectTV, Cartoon Network, Disney, Marvel, Stoopid Buddies, and WildBrain Animation.​
​
He has also designed campaigns and executed creative for brands like Elijah Craig Bourbon, SONOS, HBO Max, Hot Wheels, Lunazul Tequila, Top Chef, Char-Broil Grills, Cox Communications, Bear Naked Granola, eBay, VRV, iHeartRadio, and many others.
​
His music video work includes projects for Taylor Swift, Vampire Weekend, The Summer Set, The Pentatonix, Superfruit, Rainee Blake, Nicole Simone, Sophie Strauss, Lili Rose McKay, Sleigh Bells, Cloud Nothings, Clues, Gene Micofsky, among others.
​
His live action and animated short films have played the world over at festivals like Hollyshorts, Cannes Indie, Slamdance, Cinequest, FilmQuest, SideWalk, San Jose, In The Palace, SModcastle, and garnered awards in several categories. His last film, The Heart of Texas was long listed for the Academy Award, and his new film Meeting Your Maker, stars Jonathan Kite, Lenny Jacobson, The Sklar Brothers, Thomas Lennon, Dylan Playfair, and Anna Chazelle, with puppetry from Amanda Maddock.

He has recorded and released a collection of instrumental and ambient music under his own name as well as indie rock records with his bands Poor Stars and Stones and Painted Bride.
Gregory's portrait, dance, fashion and product photography has been published in both digital and print magazines and he has photographed artists and performers across the entertainment industry including Kevin Dillion, Janie Bryant, Christina DeRosa, and others.

Gregory also loves sharing his knowledge and experience and is always finding opportunities to mentor, consult, and teach. He has given talks at film festivals around the country on topics ranging from Film Production to Animation to Digital Marketing.

Outside of his professional work, Gregory has built the small batch coffee roasting company Curious Bird Coffee which supports small independent farms the world over. He has developed and original board game and continues his flight training toward his private pilot license.

He resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Dr. Anjali Barve Kasunich and his wire hair terrier Maxwell.
